We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING for all items
in our store, optional we offer faster and securer shipping options such as
priority mail, express mail, UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air
to calculate the s&h charges for these options, please use the shipping
calculator during the checkout process.

If you are not totally satisfied with
your product, simply ship it back to us.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment for refunds and within 30 days of receipt for exchanges.
Merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition.

A> We offer free shipping for all items throughout our store for US
shipments, ALWAYS ! The free shipping applies only to shipments within the
US. The free shipping service is Domestic Ground Shipping by the carrier of our choice. If you need your
order delivered faster you can choose USPS Priority
Mail (2-4 business days - Flat rate $ 8.90)
For our Premium Service EXPRESS MAIL we charge a flat rate of $ 29.00
(domestic shipments). This service guarantees a delivery within 1-2 business
days.

Q> Do you ship internationally?
A> Yes, we ship international to most countries. To see if we can ship to
your country, please see the shopping cart and use the drag down menu. If
your country is not listed there we can't ship, sorry.
Q> How long does it take for my item to arrive?
A> If you chose the free shipping service it typically takes 6-8 business days for
your item to arrive, depending on your location. Metro Areas such as New
York City usually have a quicker service than small towns. If you need your
item faster than that, we recommend USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes
2-4 business days. For urgent orders we offer USPS Express Mail for a 1-2
business
day delivery.
Q> Can I return my items if I
don't like them?
A> YES ! We offer a 14-day-money-back guarantee for any item. Your full amount
will be refunded via the method you have originally used. S/H is not
refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as
described, or an incorrect item was shipped to you. Please contact us at
info@tiedrake.net before sending an item back to obtain a return
authorization (please read our
return policy). If you need to exchange an
item for a different size, you can do so if the other size is available,

A> Yes, we do. To buy wholesale from us you have to be an established
reseller (proof required), we do not sell wholesale to individuals. To learn

shipment?
A> Shortly after your purchase, our system will send you an email with a link
to our checkout center where you can view all details about your order
including your orders tracking number and a link where you can view the status

shipments tracking status.

How do I find the correct size for my item ?
A>
The best way to determine the
correct size for a Tuxedo Vest is to measure your Chest. With your arms down
at your side, use a tape measure and place it level
under your arms, completely around your body and breathe normally, do not
hold your breath ! Be sure to measure the widest part of your chest.
Tuxedo Vest sizes, as well as Suit and Jacket sizes equal your chest size.
If you measure in cm, divide by 2.54 to find the correct size.

To find the correct size for a shirt you need to
measure your neck width. Use a tape measure and measure completely around
your neck, leave a little space (two fingers) between tape measure and neck,
you don't want it to tight. Shirt sizes are shown in neck width, i.e. if you
measure 16.4 you should order a size 16.5 .

Q> The item I purchased is too large/small, can I exchange it to a
different size ?
A> we will gladly exchange the item to a different size (based on
availability and if the item is returned within the terms of our
return policy ) but all postage costs including return postage and
additional postage for the replacement vest are payable by the buyer. Please
contact us before returning an item.

purchase from you?
A> No, we are sorry. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship
there, sorry.
Q> Why was I charged import tax/custom duty for my international order?

is not possible for us to give you advise on this topic. We declare every
