We came a long way since we opened our first retail store in 1994, yet little has changed about the way we want to do business. Customer and Quality is what we focused on when the doors opened for the first time and over 15 years later we still do it this way. In the early 2000s we expanded our business to the Internet which let us reach customers all over the world. Since then we sold fashion to Gentlemen in over 50 countries, but especially the US customers appreciate the European designs and the high quality of our ties and wedding apparel. In 2007 we opened our Distribution Center in West Palm Beach/FL from where we serve you with pride every day.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items in our store, optional we offer faster and securer shipping options such as priority mail or express mail,
to calculate the s&h charged for these options, please use the shipping calculator during the checkout process

Please allow up to 3 days upon received payment to process your order
(Exception: Express Mail orders will be shipped within 1 business day of received payment).



' Refund and Returns


If you are not totally satisfied with your product, simply ship it back to us.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Merchandise must be unused and in resalable condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable and buyer is responsible for shipping the products back.

We are aware that many people feel insecure to send payment information over the web, because of this we work only with the safest payment providers in the industry such as Paypal.
We accept all major Credit Card/Debit Cards through our checkout, optional we accept Paypal payments if you have a paypal account.
Our checkout is hosted through Paypal and every transaction is secure, in fact, we do not even receive your credit card information, this is all handled through Paypal. If you still feel uncomfortable  we also accept a check or money order for your purchase or we can ship your order COD ( surcharge). If you want to make the payment with a check, Money Order or COD, please contact us first at payments@tiedrake.net.

Q> How much is the shipping charge for my purchase?

A> We offer free shipping for all items throughout our store for US shipments, ALWAYS ! The free shipping applies only to shipments within the US. The free shipping service is USPS first class mail or for larger orders parcel post. If you need faster service you can choose between USPS Priortiy Mail or for 1-2 days delivery USPS Express Mail. For these services we have to charge a s&h fee which depends on the size of your shipment. You can calculate the charges before the checkout in our shipping calculator, located in the shopping cart on the bottom of the page.

Q> Do you ship internationally?

A> Yes, we ship international to most countries. To see if we can ship to your country, please see the shopping cart and use the drag down menu. If your country is not listed there we can't ship, sorry.


Q> How long does it take for my item to arrive?

A> If you chose the free shipping service it takes 5-10 business days for your item to arrive, depending on your location. Metro Areas such as New York City usually have a quicker service than small towns. If you need your item faster than that, we recommend USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 3-5 business days. For urgent orders we offer USPS Express Mail for a 1-3 day delivery.

Q> Can I return my items if I don't like them?

A> We offer a 14-day-money-back guarantee for any item. Your full amount will be refunded via the method you have originally used. S/H is not refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or an incorrect item was shipped to you. Please contact us at info@tiedrake.net before sending an item back. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you can do so if the other size is available, please contact us before returning the item for instructions.

Q> Do you sell your items wholesale?

A> Yes, we do. If you want to carry our items in your retails store, please contact us for a quote at info@tiedrake.net . Please note that our wholesale service is only available to businesses with a business license, we do not sell wholesale to individuals.

Q> How do I track my shipment?

A> Shortly after your purchase our system will send you an email with a link to our checkout center where you can view all details about your order including your USPS tracking number and a link where you can view the status of your shipment at any time. Please note that it might take 2 days for the USPS to update your status.

Q> How do I find the correct size for my item ?


A> The best way to determine the correct size for a Tuxedo Vest is to measure your Chest. With your arms down at your side, use a tape measure and place it level
under your arms, completely around your body and breathe normally, do not hold your breath ! Be sure to measure the widest part of your chest.
Tuxedo Vest sizes, as well as Suit and Jacket sizes equal your chest size. If you measure in cm, divide by 2.54 to find the correct size.

To find the correct size for a shirt you need to measure your neck width. Use a tape measure and measure completely around your neck, leave a little space (two fingers) between tape measure and neck, you don't want it to tight. Shirt sizes are shown in neck width, i.e. if you measure 16.4 you should order a size 16.5 .

Q> I won a vest set, but it is too large/small, can I exchange it to a different size ?

A> we will gladly exchange the vest to a different size (based on availability) but all postage costs including return postage and additional postage for the replacement vest are payable by the buyer. Please contact us before returning an item.

Q> My country is not on the list of countries you ship to, can I still purchase from you?

A> No, we are sorry. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship there, sorry.

Q> Why was I charged import tax/custom duty for my international order?

A>
Your country may charge custom duties and/or import taxes for your order. The laws are different in each country and it is not possible for us to give you advise on this topic. We declare every order with the correct sale price and mark it in the correct field as merchandise, WE DO NOT MARK SHIPMENTS AS GIFT. So before you buy, please verify with your customs, because the BUYER is responsible for ALL applicable import duties and custom fees. We do not take responsibility.
