Satisfaction Guaranteed - Hassle Free
Returns
We want to make sure that your shopping experience at tiedrake.com is
fun and hassle free. If there are any issues with your received product,
please contact us prior to return your order so we can rectify the
situation as quickly as possible.
You may return your purchase for a
refund within 14 days from the day your order was delivered
or within 30 days for an exchange.
To return an item, please enclose a filled out return form

returns@tiedrake.net, so we can
provide you with a return authorization.
Failure to include a return authorization or return form may delay or prevent us
from properly processing your return or exchange request.
Refunds that include shipping related charges are granted only on
transactions where the product is inspected by tiedrake.com and is
deemed defective or delivered in error. Return shipping refunds are
limited to the standard Ground shipping rate of the USPS (USPS First
Class Mail or parcel post).

Returned items must meet these requirements
· Refund Returns: Product must be returned within
14 days of date of
delivery to receive a refund
The 14 days
are based on the delivery date provided by the USPS or UPS tracking
information for your order. Product must be postmarked within the 14
day time frame to receive a refund of the full purchase price. Refund Returns not postmarked within
14 days but within 60 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Exchange Returns: Product must be returned within
30 days of date of
delivery
for an
exchange
The 30 days
are based on the delivery date provided by the USPS or UPS tracking
information for your order. Product must be postmarked within the 30
day time frame to be eligible for an exchange. Exchange Returns not postmarked within
30 days but within 60 days will be treated as a refund return and are
subject to a 30% restocking fee.
· Product must be unworn, in its original packaging with all tags
attached
· Return authorization or return form must accompany the return shipment

Refund Returns
All refund returns are being processed
within 3 business days and the refund will be issued within 7 business
days of receipt. Refunds are issued in the same method of original
payment and are derived from your items invoice amount, not including
s&h charges.

Exchange Returns
All exchange returns are being processed within 3 business days and the
exchanged item(s) are being shipped within 7 business days of receipt.
Please note that our inventory fluctuates and it may happen that the
requested item is unavailable. In this case we will contact you via
email to discuss further action. Like refund returns, s&h charges are
non refundable.
