Information
Before we can ship your item(s) we have to process your order for
availability of your item(s), shipping services and credit card
information, Paypal payment verification or check clearance.
Typically an order is processed and ready to ship within 1 business
day. Please note that a business day is Monday through Friday,
excluding all federal holidays.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your
order information. This email contains a link to our checkout
center where you can review all details of your order, track
your order and much more.

within the USA for all items throughout

website, NO EXCEPTIONS. The choice of
shipping service for the free
shipping option is at our sole discretion. Typically an order arrives
within 6-8 business days if you choose the free shipping service, but
please note that delivery times are not guaranteed with this service
and it may take longer.
Business Days are considered Monday - Friday excluding all Federal
holidays

shipping calculator to calculate shipping & handling costs. If your country is not listed then we can't ship, sorry.
Customers from Canada:
Different shipping services are available for orders shipped to Canada. These Services
differ in price, speed and availability to to track and trace your order.
We understand that international shipping can be expensive, so we offer
economic shipping options for an inexpensive rate that can not be
tracked or traced. Please choose these options
carefully and ONLY if you agree to the following:
USPS Priority Mail
international shipments can not be tracked and traced online. You as the
customer assume full risk for the shipment and will NOT hold TieDrake
responsible in any way for late or non-deliveries. If you do not
agree to this, please choose USPS Express Mail international or USPS
Global Express Guaranteed as your
shipping option which allows you and us to track the shipment online.
Pricing for shipments to Canada
The price depends on the size of the
order and your location. Please be aware that only USPS Express Mail
international shipments can be tracked online. For accurate pricing
please use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.

Customers
from all other countries:
We offer 2 shipping options to international destinations: (1)
USPS Priority Mail international (2) USPS Express Mail international.
USPS Priority Mail international DOES NOT allow
you or us to track and trace your order status. the estimated delivery
time is 14-21 business days. Please choose this option carefully and
ONLY if you agree to the following:

YOU as the customer are still responsible for all customs, taxes and
import charges which will be charged on delivery. For information
about these charges contact your local customs department, we can not
give advice or information on this topic.
All international shipments are being thoroughly inspected by our
shipping department to assure perfect product fulfillment. We will not
mark an international shipment as gift. Returns are not accepted for
international shipments.
