International Customers
To find out if we can ship to your country, please see the shopping cart
and use the drag down menu. Once you find your country you can use the
shipping calculator to calculate shipping & handling costs to your
country. If your country is not listed, then we can't ship, sorry.
We offer different shipping methods for international orders. Shipping
times and costs vary, depending on the shipping method you chose and the
country you live. Online tracking for international order is only
available with USPS Express Mail International. First Class Mail
international and Priority Mail international are not traceable online.
If you chose First Class Mail international or Priority Mail
international and your order has not arrived within 6 weeks,
contact us and we will start an investigation with the USPS. We can not
guarantee that your items will pass through customs without a delay but
we will be happy to assist you should this become an issue.
YOU as the customer are still responsible for all customs, taxes and
import charges which will be charged on delivery. For information
about these charges contact your local customs department, we can not
give advice or information on this topic.
All international shipments are being throuroughly inspected by our
shipping department to assure perfect product fulfillment. We will not
mark an international shipment as gift. Returns are not accepted for
international shipments.
