You may return your purchase for a
refund within 30 days for a full refund of the item charge.
To return an item, please enclose a filled out Return Form
Please print a return form and fill in the blanks so we know what to do when the return arrives. Without the filled out return form it is difficult and sometimes impossible for us to process a return.
Refunds that include shipping related charges are granted only on
transactions where the product is inspected by TieDrake.com and is
deemed defective or delivered in error. Return shipping refunds are
limited to the standard Ground shipping rate of the USPS (USPS First
Class Mail or Parcel Post).

For a fast and easy return process, please print our return form from
here and fill out the blanks. Enclose the form to your return and use
the upper part as return label. We recommend to use a traceable service
to return the merchandise as we cannot take responsibility for delayed
returns or if returns are lost in the mail. Make sure to use sufficient
postage, this label is not prepaid.
Product must be returned within
30 days of
purchase to receive a refund. Returned Product must be unworn, in its
original packaging with all tags attached.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns if the item was worn,
washed, altered or in someway treated to make the item unsalable for us.
If we find a returned item to be in this category, we will contact you
via email to discuss further action.
Returns that arrive later than 30 days from the order date are
considered late returns and a 30% restocking fee will be assessed from
the refund amount. Please note that due to security measures we keep
your payment information on file for 30 days only to process a refund.
If your return arrives late, we will issue a refund via check (Item
value less restocking fee). The check will be send to the billing
address used for the purchase. Please note that we will not accept any
returns later than 45 days of purchase date.
All refund returns are being processed
within 3-5 business days and the refund will be issued within 7 business
days of receipt. Refunds are issued in the same method of original
payment and are derived from your items invoice amount, not including
s&h charges. Refund for late returns that are subject to a
restocking fee may be issued via check and within 45 days upon arrival.
At this time we cannot offer exchange returns. If you intend to exchange
your order, you can do so by returning your purchase for a refund and
place a new order on our site.
International Order Returns
We can not accept returns for International orders, neither for refunds
& Incorrect Address
We will issue a refund for an order that is returned to us because of an
incorrect address or because the shipment is refused by the recipient, shipping
charges are non refundable. We will asses a $ 3.90 handling fee for the first
item in the order and $1 for each additional item in the order. This fee will be deducted from the refund. If a declined shipment is
delivered back to us later than 30 days from date of purchase, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
Returns with COD or postage
We do not accept returns with COD or postage due. Those shipments will
be declined and returned to sender at senders expense.
Item arrived damaged/Wrong

We try our best to carefully inspect every item that leaves our
warehouses for flaws and errors, unfortunately sometimes one slips through the
cracks. In the unlikely event that this happened to your order and you need to
return the item for a refund or to exchange it, contact us at

the return shipment.
